Q: How far in advance should I book my balloon decor?

A: We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for most events, especially during peak seasons like holidays and wedding months. Custom balloon walls and garlands should ideally be booked 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and design specification. However, we always endeavour to meet your date requirements so please feel free to message us if your event is coming up soon!

Q: Do you offer pricing for different event types?

A: Our pricing varies based on:

• Event type (birthday, wedding, corporate event)
• Number of balloons required
• Custom design elements E.g. branded foil balloons 
• Size and complexity of the design

We provide free consultations to give you an accurate quote tailored to your specific needs and can suit your balloons to your budget!

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, which is refundable up to 7 days before the event, and with the remaining balance on collection or set up. We accept card payments or cash.

A: Our balloons are exclusively air-filled. Air-filled balloons are more versatile, allowing us to create bespoke designs. They look good for longer than helium balloons (no sagging or drooping here!) and are cost-effective, meaning we can provide you with stunning displays for a bargain.
