A: We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for most events, especially during peak seasons like holidays and wedding months. Custom balloon walls and garlands should ideally be booked 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and design specification. However, we always endeavour to meet your date requirements so please feel free to message us if your event is coming up soon!

A: We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, which is refundable up to 7 days before the event, and with the remaining balance on collection or set up. We accept card payments or cash.
